We've tried them all, and they are all hard. Eating for only a certain number of hours a day intermittently, or only one meal a day (OMAD), or not all for days (and days, that feel like years!). "Drink more water!" the experts told us, but that didn't really work. 

As you know, that's why we made this fasting drink FAST:RX. It is also a keto drink dieters as they suffer from similar feelings during the Keto hangover first weeks of cutting out carbs. Hungry, fatigued, mentally fuzzy. We get it! But, it's also so worth it, isn't it? For all the hard, the challenge, the feeling sick, the bordim...when you do fasting you become something - a Super Human.
